Join us for a memorable evening celebrating California’s winemaking heritage with Chris Cottrell of Bedrock Wine Co. on Thursday, April 30th at 6:30PM. With a deep focus on historic vineyards, dating back to the 1800s, Bedrock has built a reputation for expressive, site-driven wines rooted in tradition, particularly their old-vine Zinfandel field blends.

Founder and winemaker Morgan Twain-Peterson (son of Joel Peterson of the original Ravenswood) and Chris, Morgan’s friend and partner, have helped shape Bedrock into one of California’s most compelling voices in preserving heritage vineyards. Their journey, from early days bonding over grower Champagne in New York to reviving century-old vineyards in Sonoma, brings a unique perspective that blends history, craftsmanship, and a genuine passion for great wine and history.

This special dinner will feature a beautifully crafted multi-course menu that honors the season. Each course will be paired with exceptional wines from the Bedrock portfolio. Hosted at Baleine, this dinner offers an exclusive opportunity to enjoy a selection of world-class wines.
