Every spring, Patrick Cappiello makes his way back to Cape Cod — and every spring, we clear the calendar and set the table. Patrick is one of the most exciting natural winemakers working in California right now, and he also happens to be a genuine friend of this house. These dinners are the real deal: full of great wine and even better conversation.
This year we're doing two evenings at Baleine — five courses, each paired to a bottle from his portfolio. Seating is intimate and pre-assigned across bar and table.
